Hedgehogs’ champion
TV doctor Amir Khan has been named as the latest patron of the British Hedgehog Society. He admits to being besotted by hedgehogs and said: “We all have a role to play in keeping these animals from fading away into our history books. I am lucky enough to have hedgehogs in my garden and want to encourage others to make their gardens and streets as hedgehogfriendly as possible!”
