Spruce up your seating
Dry, warm conditions are perfect for giving garden furniture a rub down (or a sand if its flaking) and a new coat of wood stain. Choose a coloured wood stain to give your patio or seating area and instant uplift. Match the colour by also painting some nearby raised beds, wooden containers, gates, decking or even brick walls and you’ll have a co-ordinated and stylish space. You’ll need to apply two or three coats and do it in dry conditions. Each coat should be dry in an hour or so.
