High in vitamin C, folate, anthocyanins, potassium and manganese, strawberries are antioxidant rich and can help lower cholesterol and inflammation, boost eye, skin health and regulate blood pressure.
Strawberries can be grown easily in a bed or container. They perish fairly quickly after picking so freeze berries to increase crop longevity.
