Welcome visitor

I thought you might be interested in seeing my beautiful little visitor to the garden. A hummingbird hawk-moth having a feast in my garden, his wings were so fast as he flitted from bloom to bloom. He stayed in the garden for quite a while; it was such a thrill to see him. I’ve never seen one before, though my Italian neighbour says she’s only ever seen them in Italy. Lynne Wakeling, by email
