FROM LITTLE ACORNS...

Every autumn, as my greenhouse starts to clear out, I lend nature a helping hand. My bottom shelves are surplus to requirements for a few months, so I start acorns and conkers off in home-made compost and then in time I give away oak and horse chestnut saplings.
