Harvest celeriac

-

Celeriac is really easy to grow if you have moist, rich soil, and it’s very low in calories so a good healthy crop, too. Start seeds off in spring and plant out when the risk of frost has passed, mulching to keep moisture in over summer. From October your roots will be ready for harvest, and they can stay in the ground until you need them. If you have a slug problem, however, you may wish to lift and store them to prevent any damage.
