at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons
this spring at Raymond Blanc’s two Michelin-starred restaurant in rural Oxfordshire. Set around the idyllic 15th-century manor house are flower borders, orchards and superb vegetable and herb gardens that supply the restaurant and cookery school with fresh, organic produce. In the morning you’ll meet Sofia HoggarthGuest, Belmond Le Manoir’s resident florist, who will show you how to create some of the spectacular arrangements that adorn the house using Raymond’s favourite spring flowers and foliage. Then in the Raymond Blanc Cookery School, tutors will prepare seasonal dishes and share expert techniques that you can use at home. After a Champagne Laurent-Perrier reception, you can sit down to a delicious three-course lunch with selected wines and coffee before taking a leisurely stroll around the garden to complete your day.
