this spring at Ray­mond Blanc’s two Miche­lin-starred restau­rant in ru­ral Ox­ford­shire. Set around the idyl­lic 15th-cen­tury manor house are flower bor­ders, or­chards and su­perb veg­etable and herb gar­dens that sup­ply the restau­rant and cook­ery school with fresh, or­ganic pro­duce. In the morn­ing you’ll meet Sofia Hog­garthGuest, Bel­mond Le Manoir’s res­i­dent florist, who will show you how to cre­ate some of the spec­tac­u­lar ar­range­ments that adorn the house us­ing Ray­mond’s favourite spring flow­ers and fo­liage. Then in the Ray­mond Blanc Cook­ery School, tu­tors will pre­pare sea­sonal dishes and share ex­pert tech­niques that you can use at home. Af­ter a Cham­pagne Lau­rent-Per­rier re­cep­tion, you can sit down to a de­li­cious three-course lunch with se­lected wines and cof­fee be­fore tak­ing a leisurely stroll around the gar­den to com­plete your day.

Ses­sion 2: Bel­mond Le Manoir flo­ral demon­stra­tion in the con­ser­va­tory

12.45pm Cham­pagne Lau­rent-Per­rier re­cep­tion in La Belle Epoque Con­ser­va­tory

1.30pm Three-course spring lunch, with se­lected wines, cof­fee and pe­tits fours

3.30pm Free time to ex­plore the beau­ti­ful grounds at your leisure, be­fore you make your way home
