Harvest now
Mid-winter greens such as collards and kale are still making a regular appearance on my dinner plates, along with leeks and Brussels sprouts. In the greenhouse I have plenty of winter lettuce and the colourful stems of swiss chard are a welcome sight when added to the mix of greens. I’ll be harvesting pea shoots and micro greens, and for a spicy kick, spring onions and winter radishes, like mooli and ‘Black Spanish Round’.
