Look after your salad seedlings
Give salad seedlings like rocket as much light as possible. Rocket grows well at low temperatures and if you heat it up too much in low light levels you run the risk of it running to flower and the leaves being drawn and pale. Check the tray regularly for damaged or yellow leaves, and pick off any to prevent fungal rots taking hold of your crop. Start harvesting the outer leaves as soon as they are large enough.
