Harvest now

-

Parsnips are coming to an end, and soon another part of the plot will be prepped to sow the next round of parsnip seeds. Although I like them, I am now (very) tired of harvesting collards. But the leek crop has been my star crop since November; the fresh, spicy and scented blanched stems never fail to excite my taste buds. Tender stems of purple sprouting broccoli with sprigs of freshly picked rosemary are a welcome sight on the dinner table.
