Sow outdoors

-

Sow crops straight outside now that the soil temperatures are rising and germination is guaranteed. Peas will germinate quickly so they’re a good choice. You’ll need to put in some supports for them. Add spinach, parsnips, carrots, beetroot, leafy greens and spring onions to your list, too. Sow them into drills. Water the bottom of the drill before sowing and cover seed with a 1.5cm layer of soil. Label then tamp down the row with the back of your rake.

?? ?? Now is a good time to sow veg like peas outside, as the ground is getting warmer
