Scent of summer

-

Put this container by a door so you don’t miss the heady fragrance of the salvias. Their delicate flowers are contrasted by the dense, flat umbel of the yellow achillea, which anchors these light, airy plants.

Verbena ‘Bampton’ has wonderful dark, wiry stems supporting a mass of tiny lilac flowers that jostle through the Anementhele grass, while the sunny centres of the white echinaceas add spots of joy.

Make sure this container is positioned in a sunny spot and has free-draining compost.
