To go with my edamame beans, I will be harvesting aubergines and tomatoes. The flopped-over garlic is ready to dig up and set in the potting greenhouse to continue curing. I will also be keeping an eye on the onion crop – they will be ready any day now, too. Keep on harvesting your courgettes,

along with patty pans,

which is another wonderful, flavoursom­e summer squash. Don’t forget to keep picking runner beans to help keep the plants producing more pods.
