Cut back your marjoram plants

-

Snip off fresh shoots of marjoram to cook with or to dry and store. They’re best harvested before the flower buds open. Trim the shoots back being mindful of shaping so that the plant recovers and grows back evenly. Wash and use leaves straight away or strip the leaves from the shoots and spread them out on some newspaper, somewhere airy to dry out.
