STARS OF THE SEASON Rudbeckia fulgida var. deamii

Glowing, golden daisies with dark centres. The yellow is not strident but seems to have gathered all the warmth of the sun for one last splash. Spreading at the root, it doesn’t take long to form clumps, with branching stems, each lateral terminating in a flower. Flowers Aug-Oct
