High contrast
For this romantic gathering of tulips, grape hyacinths and anemones, we picked a pot in a neutral-coloured glaze, so as not to detract from the blooms. This also makes the pot easy to use with any future colour scheme.
The rich velvety red tulips are accentuated by the intense blue of the grape hyacinths and softened by a foil of feathery anemone foliage. The anemones extend the display, taking over from the tulips and pushing up a succession of blooms well into June. Re-plant these and the grape hyacinth bulbs in the garden after flowering.
