-elebrate the beauty of cherry blossom

A swathe of cherry blossom is to sweep the country next spring as part of a project to create a UK version of the famous Japanese ‘hanami’, or cherry blossom viewing. The National Trust’s Blossom Project is planting cherry trees in Coventry, Newcastle, Nottingham and Plymouth, as well as at 46 of the Trust’s sites around the country.
