Harvest now

-

The winter bed is looking lush with kale and collard to harvest and leeks to dig up. I’ll pull up the last of the turnips and

celeriac now too. Next year, I might grow a few in the greenhouse over the winter months, just as a trial. As for colours in the greenhouse, I’ve snipped a few Swiss chard stems and a winter variety of

cos lettuce that I only harvest as and when needed. Oh, and my trial to grow carrots to crop over winter has done well. Next year, I plan to grow more to harvest fresh.
