How to use a pruning saw safely

All saws are extremely sharp so always wear sturdy gloves and safety glasses, particularly if pruning above head height. Try to avoid pruning on ladders as you need to be stable and positioned comfortably to cut safely. Choose the right blade for the job – a curved blade is best when cutting above your head.
