Situated high above Belfast, Andrew’s garden has views from the Mourne Mountains to Belfast Lough. Andrew and his partner feel their garden is a respite from their stressful jobs and love packing in plants until their plot is “bursting at the seams”.

My garden began as a blank canvas of builders’ rubble and heavy clay. It’s my pride and joy and keeps me level. If I’m having a bad day, a few hours with the plants will help. The garden gives so much back – it means the world.
