Q Which seeds are best for winter spinach harvests?

ACHRISTINE SAYS I use a cultivar called ‘Giant Winter’. It produces large leaves, which are very dark green, and stands up well against the weather.

I normally sow my crop in July or early August and I start picking the leaves in October.
