What can we do about clover and moss on our lawn?

-

Sharron Newberry, by email

AMATT SAYS Clover is good for pollinators, so consider leaving it. If you do want to remove it, lift it up with a spring-tine rake. Feed your lawn in spring and autumn and scarify in autumn. Discourage moss by improving drainage and relieving compaction by spiking.
