Camellia identity crisis
The hunt is on to put names to a 200-year-old collection of camellias uncovered during restoration work at Wentworth Woodhouse, near Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Just three of the 19 camellias found in the garden’s half-ruined Camellia House have so far been identified. “It’s a bit like a detective story,” says head gardener Scott Jamieson. wentworthwoodhouse.org.uk
