Do’s and don’ts

DO buy trees from a reputable, knowledgeable supplier.

DO wait until the soil is reasonably dry underfoot before planting.

DO take care to plant the tree at the right depth as planting either too low or too high will prevent the tree from thriving as it grows.

DON’T dig an overly big hole or the tree will be prone to sinking.
