Can I leave cannas outdoors in winter?
HUMAIRA SAYS Cannas are not frost hardy, but if planted in a warm location you might get away with covering the ground with a thick layer of mulch over winter. If you live in an area with cold winters, bring them indoors, then plant out in late May once there is no chance of frost.
