JUMANJI: THE NEXT LEVEL

When 90s favourite Jumanji got a sequel for a new generation back in 2017, naturally there was apprehension of it falling way short of the original. But guess what? Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle defied expectations and was a fresh new take on the franchise. Two years on and we have a more immediate follow-up to it in the form of Jumanji: The Next Level. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is back, along with Nick Jonas, Karen Gillan, Jack Black and Kevin Hart. As the friends find themselves sucked back into the video game years later, they are also joined by lead protagonist Spencer’s grandfather Eddie, played by Danny DeVito. With more wild antics, action-packed sequences and slapstick humour ahead, the gang navigate the wild world of Jumanji once more with an added nod to the original in the form of Bebe Neuwirth reprising her role of Nora Shepherd.
