Nose: Classic citrus notes with smoke.

Palate: Initial notes run along the lines of a classic gin – citrus, juniper and earthy anglica. Citrus and spice then comes through more pronounced with lemon and pink grapefruit. A peated note adds a subtle smoke that binds things nicely.

Finish: Earthiness from the peat and juniper holds this all together.

Comments: Really admirable complexity of spirit. Flavours stand out individually and then compliment the next. Top stuff and why not just enjoy it neat.

Nose: Rich, creamy spice notes of ginger, cardamom, cassia, and nutmeg. Vanilla and lovely pine aromas.

Palate: Soft and silky, with cereal, chocolate, and malt balls, then orange and coriander. Leafy juniper and gradually building intensity of flavour.

Finish: A bold finish with black pepper and menthol notes of grains of paradise.

Comments: Great complexity and progression of flavour that lingers on the palate and leaves you wanting more. A handsome choice for a Gin Tonic.
