Phoebe

Nose: This is immediately there with the aromatic spice, but it’s not overpowering, slightly chai-like.

Palate: Those spices wrap you up in a warm hug. Chai latte in both spice and creaminess. Then the spice calms a little to reveal that earthy juniper, floral aromatics, like Turkish delight but not as intense, and rounded out with a citrus edge.

Finish: Delicately spiced and creamy to the end of time.

Comments: This is one punchy gin. Maybe

I’m in a good mood, maybe it’s heaven in a glass – who knows!

David

Nose: Indulgent and perfumed with distinctive aromas of rose and violet chocolate creams, backed up by a sprinkle of baking spice.

Palate: A restrained sweetness to start, mixed with warm, spicy cassia, nutmeg and oily juniper wood. Followed by rose and violet flavours mixed with raspberry, liquorice and coriander.

Finish: A gentle glow of alcohol is accompanied by flavours of dark chocolate and oily, zesty citrus peel.

Comments: Elegant and graceful with a delightful complexity.
