Phoebe

Nose: Vibrant from the off, with leafy notes reminiscent of grass right after the rain.

Palate: The light juniper notes that were hinted at on the nose emerge cleanly here, again with a fresh woodland hit to the palate that livens up the senses with a little peppery spice.

Finish: It hangs around a lot longer that I would have expected, with lingering lightly wooded spice.

Comments: A nicely curated gin, with a real kick to it that creeps up on you. I personally would enjoy this in a nice and refreshing gin and tonic.

Nose: Bright, resinous, green juniper notes give this gin an oily character with a hint of woodiness.

Palate: The complex juniper notes continue onto the palate with a waxy, almost sticky, piney flavour like freshly cracker juniper. A gentle, floral sweetness develops with violet and raspberry.

Finish: Light, creamy spice and a sweetness reminiscent of crème brûlée followed by lingering notes of toasted cedar that coat the tongue.

Comments: If you like your gin packed full of juniper, this is for you.
