Nose: This is quite literally a fresh-outof-the-oven cherry bakewell in a glass.

I can already tell I’m going to like this a lot.

Palate: I like that this sloe gin isn’t pretending to be something it’s not. The juniper and sloe berries are at the forefront, sticking with the bakewell sweetness.

Finish: Slightly out of nowhere I’m getting a little hit of anise to round things out.

Comments: Someone pass me a bottle and a straw.

Nose: Plump, decadent fruity aromas of plum, cherry and almond.

Palate: This liquid is completely clear unusual for a sloe gin - but once you taste it, it’s obvious what it is. An excellent balance between the flavours of juniper, sloe berries and sweetness, although it is drier than many of its contemporaries.

Finish: A zing of citrus, particularly lemon, combined with notes of hibiscus and rose.

Comments: An exciting and delicious product, combining the intensity and fruitiness of a sloe gin with the mixability of a classic dry.
