Engineer-turned-bartender Dale Kyd developed his passion for hospitality as a college student, but his first trip to The Gin Room was a game-changer. Since being offered a job at the St Louis venue by legendary owner Natasha Bahrami, he hasn’t looked back and has dedicated himself to furthering both the bar and his bartending skillset.
