Alison has looked after the distillery shop and tours programme at Cotswolds Distillery since 2017 and oversaw the distillery’s rise to number one in TripAdvisor’s ranking of visitor attractions in the Cotswolds in 2018, beating more established attractions such as Gloucester Cathedral and the Royal Gardens at the Highgrove Estate.
