Bethany

Nose: Baked stone fruits, sticky and caramelised. A hint of raspberry, too. It’s all very jammy, like a fruit cobbler, with vanilla and a hint of nutmeg.

Palate: Piney, heavy juniper comes through early in the palate, with some spice and a light touch of citrus. The jammy notes then come up from behind.

Finish: The fruit cobbler notes return and fade to a dry finish.

Comments: With all those jammy fruit notes, this could make a good partner for a citrus tonic to bring a bit of sharp citrus balance to it.

David

Nose: Complex and aromatic scents of green leaves and honey with beautiful, plump juniper.

Palate: A nuanced sweetness on the palate along with sticky, resinous juniper combined with sappy cedar that, together, provide a truly classic flavour profile.

Finish: Dark sugar and orange with soft malty notes of some coriander seed.

Comments: A fun gin with plenty for the traditionalists while maintaining a bright and lively character.
