Nose: Zesty grapefruit with herbal and floral touches. Sweet woodiness, like cinnamon, and the piney strength of juniper is there.

Palate: It gets greener with leafy coriander, and the floral note intensifies. A touch of something savoury, almost like seaweed, with resinous juniper and more woody cinnamon warmth.

Finish: Sweet herbal and pine notes, with a bit of warmth.

Comments: This grew on me with each sip. A Martini could show this off nicely, or a mix with Mediterranean tonic.

Nose: Earthy and fragrant on the nose with some floral chocolatey aromas.

Palate: Mineral notes with hints of lime. Very clean on the palate, with angelica, a smooth earthiness, light spice, and floral citrus.

Finish: Delicate pepper with a gentle warmth make for a clean, dry finish with flavours of dark chocolate and a little violet.

Comments: A particularly oily gin. With its balanced citrus and floral flavours, this would make a splendid Dry Martini.
