Nose: A combination of light floral and herbal notes gives it a slightly medicinal feel. Sweet lemon and a touch of coconut.

Palate: Nice texture. More zingy lemon, with tea tree, spice, perfumed floral notes and some nuanced pine and juniper.

Finish: A lavender-like floral note at the end, with a whisper of fruity sweetness and a bit of heat there too.

Comments: An intriguing gin – I wonder what it would be like in a Bee’s Knees with those floral and citrus notes.

Nose: Light straw in colour, with aromas of woody juniper, floral tea, and dusky cocoa.

Palate: More floral notes up front include jasmine, violet, and the rose sweetness of Turkish delight. Pine blossom mixed with the more woody, resinous juniper flavours follow.

Finish: Sweet spice with vanilla and cassia, and flavours of waxy tonka bean and black tea.

Comments: A fine example of a Contemporary gin with an innovative flair that is still obviously a gin. This would be a brilliant choice for a highball.
