Nose: Earthy spice, coriander and powdered cinnamon, with strong lemon peel and oily juniper. A slight floral hint, a little like elderflower.

Palate: Oily and earthy with strong pine notes. The citrus has got sweeter, like lemon or pineapple sherbet, and the spices are muted.

Finish: It has decent length and lemon sherbet notes to see it out.

Comments: A straightshooting London Dry gin with solid citrus and juniper flavours that is made for a Gin & Tonic.

Nose: A gentle nose with creamy, slightly biscuity aromas, along with lemongrass, and coriander too.

Palate: Crisp and citrus forward with notes of lemon and orange, followed by plenty of coriander and a delicate combination of florality and a leafy herbaceousness.

Finish: Oily on the finish with zesty citrus and black pepper.

Comments: A fresh, almost crunchy gin that would mix well with pink grapefruit in a Salty Dog cocktail.
