Bethany

Nose: Very green nose with leafy coriander, dill, and light, fresh cucumber. Juicy lemon, juniper and black pepper spice.

Palate: More cucumber and dill notes with black pepper, juicy lemon slices and fragrant juniper. The texture is really lovely and light.

Finish: It fades with a final herbal note of dill, pepper and juniper. Very soft, but lingering.

Comments: A lovely contemporary spirit that would work well with a Mediterranean tonic or in a Red Snapper, with its vegetal/herbal notes.

Nose: A fresh aroma with crisp, leafy cucumber, earthy notes, and the scent of some lightly crumbled milk chocolate.

Palate: An initial sweetness moves onto hints of resinous juniper followed by floral angelica and some peppery citrus.

Finish: Leafy on the finish with more resinous juniper and a hint of sweetness. Well rounded and complex.

Comments: A solid all-rounder of a gin that would mix well in a cornucopia of cocktails.
