Bethany

Nose: Very classic – juniper, fragrant coriander, orange citrus and a touch of cinnamon warmth.

Palate: It feels light for the ABV. More coriander, oily juniper and orange notes with some baking spice intensity.

Finish: Medium length and echoing the balance of flavours on the palate, with sweet orange notes seeing it out.

Comments: Good juicy citrus flavours and a lovely light, silky texture. Martini, anyone?

David

Nose: Fresh and slightly vegetal with a crunchy leafiness, hints of rocket and citrus.

Palate: A powerful and oily flavour profile full of resinous juniper, fruity cedar notes and blossom with a little honeyed sweetness, which develop into spicier flavours of lemongrass and ginger.

Finish: A delightful finish of sappy pine, cedar, and sandalwood with a gentle alcohol glow to it.

Comments: A marvellous gin that is very sippable and has fantastic complexity. It would make a first-class Old Fashioned.
