Nose: Sweet orange, like candied peel, and stem ginger biscuits. Then crunchy parsley, leafy coriander and green, waxy juniper.
Palate: It still has those crunchy, crisp herb and flower stem notes with hints of spicy coriander and juniper underneath.
Finish: It disappears quickly with a final herbal hit.
Comments: This sprightly gin has the makings of a good London Dry and some nice flavours to explore.

Nose: Dark chocolate lime sweets on the nose, along with buttery vanilla and a slightly tropical scent.
Palate: A well-rounded spirit with sweet spice up-front: cinnamon, cassia and nutmeg, all-in-all reminiscent of baked cookies. These flavours are followed by more typical gin notes of juniper and citrus.
Finish: Slightly floral citrus – mandarin and clementine – with a bit more spice.
Comments: With its strong fruity and spicy character, I can see this gin working well with ginger ale in a
Gin Buck.
