Bethany

Nose: Freshly buttered, lightly toasted white bread with blossom honey. Touches of lime and powdered ginger.

Palate: A lovely sweetness of honey and stem ginger cake matches with a classic gin botanical profile of juniper and woody spices too.

Finish: Notes of coriander and juniper win out in the drying, medium-length finish.

Comments: A gin with well-balanced sweetness that would work well paired with ginger ale and lime in a Gin Buck.

David

Nose: Bold, woody spice notes, sweet vanilla, cinnamon, tonka and toffee, along with more savoury notes of ginger, paprika, and cumin.

Palate: Initially woody, with notes of oily bark and cloves, as well as wintergreen and a touch of dandelion and burdock. Somewhat reminiscent of an apothecary’s store.

Finish: A tad thin, given the intensity and complexity of the rest of the gin.
