Cask Gin

The nose has herbal notes of fennel and celery, with plenty of juniper and a bit of woodiness. On the palate, there is a balance between floral, juniper, citrus and peppery notes with some sweetness and light wood influence. Finish brings a menthol freshness. Great example of a matured gin.
