Nose: Pepper and mint chocolate. Juicy citrus, along with an oiliness of peels. Juniper and a warming, dusky spice. A fruity hint of fig.

Palate: Creamy milk chocolate and juicy lemon with coriander, punchy juniper and a little sweet baking spice note, like spiced shortbread. A little oiliness in the texture.

Finish: Gets more savoury with spicy coriander, pepper and a touch of sage. Lovely, lengthy and drying.

Comments: A wellmade spirit with a very enjoyable evolution of flavours. A Martini is calling.

Nose: Citrus shines from the outset: lemon and lime with a leafy spiciness. Summery, but with a pleasant intensity to it.

Palate: The alcohol is well-integrated with only a little warmth at the end. The texture sits nicely on the tongue. Notes of angelica and liquorice are joined by peppery citrus and lingering resinous juniper.

Finish: Menthol pepper lingers on the finish, along with a gentle lift of sweetness.

Comments: A good allrounder that would sit nicely in a G&T, Martini, or Negroni.
