Nose: Hints of dark chocolate and menthol. Juniper, juicy lemon citrus, and a slight savouriness like rosemary.

Palate: Becomes quite floral, with notes of lavender, geranium, orris, and perfumed lemony citrus. Green piney notes follow, with a little fennel seed.

Finish: Perfumed floral notes linger with a touch of woody pine.

Comments: With the complex array of floral and citrus notes, this gin could be worth trying in an Aviation.

Nose: An intriguing nose with earthy violet and liquorice, along with soft, herbal sage and more floral citrus.

Palate: A little sweetness to start, with a flurry of floral notes: high and very perfumed notes of chamomile, orange blossom, jasmine and magnolia. Then a dash of salinity and leafy juniper.

Finish: The oily floral notes linger.

Comments: An unusually florid gin, which might not be for everyone but will have some lovely applications, such as in a Ramos Gin Fizz.
