Nose: Juicy pineapple with passionfruit and mango, toasted shaved coconut and some coconut cream, with a piney back note of juniper.

Palate: Silky texture. The tropical character softens slightly to reveal more juniper and some bright citrus notes.

Finish: Thick coconut-cream panna cotta with roasted pineapple, followed by oily juniper notes.

Comments: The deliciously tropical profile of this gin feels suited to a tropical serve – maybe a Mai Tai, or a Piña Colada to tame its strength.

Nose: Bright, tropical fruit notes are combined with slightly confectionery aromas of watermelon, cantaloupe melon, and pineapple. There is also a little nuttiness, almost reminiscent of a Mai Tai.

Palate: A dash of sweetness helps to give a wellrounded texture. The juniper is rather subtle, with the fruit notes really being the stars of this gin.

Finish: A little spirituous, with some lingering stone fruit and marzipan notes towards the end.

Comments: A fruit-forward gin that would be good in a gin punch, but some drinkers may like more juniper.
