Nose: Very sweet red grape notes, like a chilled Beaujolais wine. Fruitiness and creaminess combine into cheesecake with raspberry coulis.

Palate: Summer fruits – raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants – with crisp green herbal notes and juniper. It’s surprisingly light and drying in texture.

Finish: A fruity tisane-style tea with parting notes of juniper and blackcurrant leaf.

Comments: Ideal for those who prefer their flavoured gins on the drier side. Combine it with a classic dry gin in a super-fruity Bramble.

Nose: Solid, juniper-forward notes – unusual on the nose of a fruit gin – accompanied by juicy aromas of blackberry and blackcurrants.

Palate: Soft in texture. The tartness of cranberry or lingonberry and a sweet, nutty spiciness.

Finish: The underlying gin botanicals, including juniper and angelica, come through on the finish, which is long-lasting and gets increasingly dry.
