IF you’re a fan of prank videos, chances are you’ve heard of Ben Phillips.

A YouTube star and prankster – often at the expense of his brother Elliot – Ben’s videos have been viewed billions of times.

A lot of his pranks – including swapping Elliot’s hair gel for super glue and wrapping the poor dab in bubble wrap – involve his local Tesco store in Bridgend .

So Ben decided to send staff a little thank-you gift – in the form of £500 worth of pizza.

“Basically, I cause so much trouble in there – with Elliot constantly going there after being pranked – I wanted to say thanks to them,” Ben said.

“Elliot constantly just goes to Tesco – mostly to buy superglue remover and things. I’m sure it’s like his comfort zone or something.

“He’s also been in there in flippers and wrapped in bubble wrap.

“Not many stores would deal with pranks like that, but the staff in Tesco are really cool about it.

“All of my family also do their weekly shop there, so it was just as a sign of respect really.

“Everybody loves pizza, so I thought ‘why not?’

“I went to Domino’s and asked them to deliver 50 pizzas to Tesco. They were a bit confused at first I think.

“But I started getting some really lovely tweets. They really appreciated it.”

So what toppings did Ben order?

“I ordered a bit of everything really – veggie, meat feast. All of it. I just wanted to say thanks.”

Ben, who’s from Bridgend, started making videos online around three years ago.

He now has more Facebook followers than Lily Allen, Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez Versini, Robbie Williams, Ant and Dec and David Cameron.

You can watch Ben’s videos on his YouTube page or you can follow him on Twitter.
