CHRISTMAS is a time when families should be together, celebrating, yet the reality for lots of families of young cancer patients means ongoing treatment far from home, increasing financial burden and emotional pain.

This festive season, CLIC Sargent, the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, is calling on people in Wales to raise money for young cancer patients and their families, to provide them with specialist support.

There are two ways you can help CLIC Sargent this Christmas, either get festive with your own fundraising event, or become a Stamp Champ by saving used stamps from Christmas cards and sending them in to the charity to be resold.

Your support can help pay for a social worker to be there to support a family when things get tough. School runs, bedtime stories and hogging the sofa. It’s not just special occasions that cancer disrupts. But it doesn’t have to be like this. CLIC Sargent Care Teams fight tirelessly to k keep families together, when cancer is tearing them apart.

Send your stamps to: S Stamp Champ – C Christmas, CLIC Sargent, Unit 6, Abbey Wood Business Park Filton, Bristol BS34 7JU.
