Stuart Atherton of the Swan A bested former champion Mark Grabham in the final to book his place in the last eight as Martyn Bishop took to win in the Royal Oak.

Dai Thomas overcame former league chairman Mark Salkeld to win the Blue Water venue whilst the Greenacres Barrie Morris beat brother Wayne on his way to a win in the RAFA.

Ian Mitchelmor­e will be the sole Prince representa­tive after winning the Sandpiper venue. THE Rawlings brothers Terry and Peter both reached the last 8 with a win in Pyle RFC and Pyle Legion.

Peter also hit a class 16 dart leg on his way to victory.

There were also wins for the RAFA’s Josh Prescott and the Globe A’s Richard Deeks.

The Royal Oak’s Mike Clarke sealed the win in his venue plus former champion Barry Rees was on song at Breeze.

Best leg went to the Prince B’s Gavin Jones who hit a 156 out and 15 darter but the venue went elsewhere. FINALS Night will have a Newton theme as the four semi finalist will be Kevin Jones and Gordon Watt from the Globe B, Andrew Needs from the Ancient Briton and Peter Phillips from the Jolly Sailor as all 4 were victorious in their various venues.
