Chance to chat to a counsellor

-

HOPE is on the horizon as lockdown measures are eased. But this will continue to be a challenging time for many. Looking after our mental health should be a top priority.

This mental health awareness week (May 10-16) there are 111,000 blind and partially sighted people living in Wales who have faced unique difficulties during the pandemic, and who deserve the same expectation of mental well-being as everyone else

That’s why the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) is offering free Wellbeing Check-In sessions for blind and partially sighted people in Wales. It’s a great opportunity to speak to a specialist counsellor for an hour over the phone about how you’re feeling and any problems on your mind. It doesn’t have to be about sight at all.

Visit rnib.org.uk/ wellbeing-coronavirus or contact our Sight Loss Advice Service on 0303 123 9999. We can set up a chat within 36 hours.
