Qualifications don’t fit job title

SO Mr Drakeford has now put his Government in place, how can it be allowed that a minister of this new government has no qualifications in the job he has been given?

I note, reading Vaughan Gething’s qualifications he has no qualifications as an economist, neither did he have any qualifications to be a health minister. Is it any wonder the health service in Wales is in such a mess? How can it be right that this person is allowed to be in charge of the economy in Wales, what about all the other ministers who have no qualifications for their positions?
